Jockey India offers a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags intact. To maintain hygiene standards, certain categories like innerwear and socks are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the products are unused, unwashed, and packed in their original packaging with all brand tags and invoices included.
Reverse Pickup
Our logistics partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the parcel; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or the exchange item will be dispatched.
